Moricandia

Some 25 miles, (40km), inland, with a slightly fresher climate, Moricandia is set on a gentle hill which offers stunning views across the border country of Murcia and Alicante . It is on the edge of the El Carche National Park and three miles, (5km), from the lovely small town of Pinoso. Moricandia offers 200 individual plots and a wide range of homes and lodges to choose from. Residents have exclusive use of the on-site bar, restaurant, convenience store, internet suite, four tennis courts, swimming pool and open-air theatre. There is on-site maintenance, security and a maid service providing laundry, shopping and cleaning as required.
