Both Vale Park Lodges and its customers want the purchasing process to be straightforward and stress-free. There is no reason why this should not be the case and Vale Park is committed to ensuring everything runs smoothly. Customers are advised to consult a solicitor before signing our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Rental Agreement. The price of your new home is dependent on both the park and the choice of plot choice on the park. There are usually limited numbers of plots available for each style and our agents can help you with this.
Depending on the manufacturer and model you choose, included in the price of your home are: furniture, soft furnishings, major appliances, air cooling system, large decking area, transport to the park and transit insurance, installation on site and connection to all utilities. There are no hidden extras. Occasionally, there is a one-off cost to connect your home to the local gas supply, but this will be quoted in advance.
Customers have the freedom, right and privilege to enjoy their new home, but do not own the plot it’s on. Ground rent, access to all site amenities, security and park management will cost from around £3,500 pa, depending on precise exchange rates at the time. This is payable in monthly installments in Euros. Customers have a licence for their home to remain on the land, renewable annually, provided terms in the Rental Agreement are met and simple Park Rules adhered to.
